Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we can ship any order worldwide. Bear in mind, that any orders worldwide are liable to Import VAT and Customs Duty if certain limits are exceeded (which we are not accountable for).
Can I track my order?
Yes. You can enter your tracking number on the 'Track Your Order' page. (Tracking numbers are only provided if your country provides this shipping option, as mentioned above).
What if my order doesn't arrive?
Whilst rare, items can go missing in the post.
If an order does not arrive, we always ask customers to check at their local post office and confirming their address before contacting us. If that didn't help, our support team will be happy to help:)
